🧭 Course Overview
This 2-day workshop is designed to teach practitioners and coaches foundational principles of movement. The emphasis is on understanding the Centre of Mass (COM) and how its position impacts mobility, force production, and exercise selection.
Participants will learn how to:
Assess movement strategies
Identify compensatory patterns
Modify exercises for optimal client outcomes
Design coherent, customized training programs
🎯 Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, attendees will be able to:
Assess and identify COM positioning in clients.
Interpret assessments to understand movement strategies.
Select and modify exercises tailored to client needs.
Design programs that improve client autonomy and adherence.
🔬 Live Case Studies
Engage in immersive, real-time case studies that bridge theory and application. Each case study features real client scenarios across a range of functional movement issues —providing a tangible lens through which to apply the Spheric principles.
Analyze actual assessment footage and history.
Design individualized plans within the Spheric framework.
Discuss case assessment and coaching decisions in a live group setting.
🛠️ Plenty of Practical Application
This level is grounded in action. You’ll spend most of your time:
Practicing the Spheric Movement Model: Assessment,Intervention,Retest,Repeat
Running hands-on simulations: Coaching each other, running assessments, cueing, and adjusting programs in real-time.
Gaining fluency in Spheric progressions and regressions through repetition, feedback, and guided experimentation.
